Electronics

Dynallox® Aluminas and Technox® Zirconias are frequently used in electronic applications as precision insulators. In addition, a relatively new development has seen the promotion of Technox® screwdrivers for the tuning of sensitive electronic devices. 

Advanced ceramics are finding increasing applications within the electronics industry, whether it is as alumina substrates or as Technox® zirconia screwdrivers for tuning RF capacitors.

Dynallox<sup>®</sup> Aluminas and Technox<sup>®</sup> Zirconias are frequently used in electronic applications as precision insulators. In addition, a relatively new development has seen the promotion of Technox<sup>®</sup> screwdrivers for the tuning of sensitive electronic devices. 

Substrates

A wide range of advanced ceramic substrates are available in materials from alumina and aluminium nitride through to zirconia, both fully and partially stabilised.

Substrates, increase 50 x 50 to 100 x 100 or as custom shapes produced by laser scribing and/or diamond machining.

Highly polished substrates which are lapped to high degrees of flatness and surface finish are also available in the Technox® range of Zirconias.

Insulators

A wide range of Dynallox® and Technox® insulators are produced, many as ceramic to metal brazed assemblies.
