The Technox and Dynallox range of ceramic materials provide
excellent corrosion, erosion, abrasion, and thermal shock resistance,
for a wide range of milling related applications.
These materials offer significant performance improvements
over steels, metallic alloys and weld overlays, in a wide range
of applications where particle size reduction is the primary
function of the process.
Milling Media
Technox® Y-TZP zirconia milling media is
a high density, high toughness and super hard media, which
has significantly better milling efficiencies, compared
with other media such as Alumina, Soda Glass, and PSZ-Zirconia.
Zirconia Milling Media - The high wear
resistance of Technox® Y-TZP zirconia milling media
prevents ground materials from being contaminated, and increases the life of the media.

of dispersion and pulverisation.
- Media manufactured using a special process to avoid flat-topping
or ring-shaped equators
- Typically over 15 times longer life then alumina media.
- High fracture toughness ensures media wear evenly, reduces
